Geneva train station

At the crossroads.Nestled at the crossroads between the quarters of Saint-Gervais, Grottes and Pâquis, the Gare de Genève-Cornavin is an international station, historically famous for being the point of departure for the Geneva - Lausanne line in 1858.

It serves the main Swiss towns, but also Italy and France. The current building is the work of the architect Julien Flegenheimer who modified the face of the fourth Swiss station in 1929.
